Both dentists and office staff can sign in to a CDA account and subscribe to the CDA Secure Send service. Once subscribed, you can securely send your referral to Dental Care While You Sleep. (See below for tips.)
If you are not subscribed to CDA Secure Send, you can send us your referral by email.
In your Secure Send enabled CDA account, click New Recipient to set up Dental Care While You Sleep as a recipient (this only needs to be done once).
Please enter into the Name field: Dental Care While You Sleep
Please enter into the Email field: info@zzzdentist.com
Please enter into the Subject field: Referral
Please enter the following patient information in the Note field: Name, DOB, phone numbers, parent’s names, insurance information, treatment plan and any additional notes.
You may add a password. If you do, please contact us right away to let us know what the password is.
Click Send. We will follow up with you within one business day.
After you’ve set up Dental Care While You Sleep as a recipient, you can simply select us from a drop down list of recipients.
